In this section of our company we cast in a wide variety of zinc based alloy castings upto 5 tonnes in ZA2 (Kirksite). Which is mainly used for prototype and short run panels for such items as car bodies. The other zinc based alloys have applications for gravity or sand castings where high strength excellent bearing and wear properties etc and in the case of ZA12 non sparking properties which is suitable for hazardous applications.
The specifications that we normally stock are ZA2, ZA12 and ZA27
